All airline tickets purchased through Travel Solutions are non-refundable.

Ticket changes, penalties, and reissues are governed strictly by the airline’s rules, policies, and availability. Any applicable airline fees and fare differences are the responsibility of the customer.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to be responsible for all charges incurred. Once tickets are issued and delivered by email confirmation, customers agree to contact Travel Solutions first to resolve any billing concerns. In the event of a payment dispute, Travel Solutions may submit proof of purchase, ticket issuance, and delivery to the card issuer to contest the dispute.
